Network Engineer

Job Overview:

Neetha Consulting LLC is seeking a skilled Network Engineer to join our growing team. This role focuses on designing, implementing, maintaining, and supporting enterprise network solutions that enable our clients to achieve superior performance, security, and scalability.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, deploy, and manage wired and wireless network infrastructures for enterprise and semiconductor environments.

• Develop network diagrams, architecture plans, and documentation for both current and future state designs.

• Assist clients in upgrading legacy network systems to modern, high-speed technologies.

• Troubleshoot and resolve complex networking issues in both production and test environments.

• Collaborate with cross-functional engineering teams to align network solutions with chip design and verification workflows.

• Develop and follow network installation, maintenance, and security best practices.

• Leverage automation tools and scripting (Python or similar) to enhance network monitoring, reporting, and management.

• Provide technical documentation, training, and knowledge sharing with client and internal teams.

• Recommend network enhancements, optimizations, and upgrades to support client growth and innovation.

Qualifications:

• Master’s degree (or foreign equivalent) in Computer Science, Information Technology, Electronics, Engineering, or related field.

• Experience in enterprise network design, implementation, and support (LAN/WLAN/SD-WAN/Cloud Networks).

• Strong knowledge of network protocols, security frameworks, and performance tuning.

• Proficiency in network automation and scripting (Python preferred).

• Excellent problem-solving, communication, and documentation skills.

• Must be willing to travel/relocate to client sites across the U.S. as needed.

Salary Range:

$195,000.00 to $196,000.00 per year
